Apple Crisps

I read several different recipes for this and ended up just making up my own. 

Start by cutting up the apple. You can do wedges like I did or slices of a cored apple.

Place them on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar.


Baked at 250 or 275 for about 2 hours. The thinner your apples the less time that they will need.


We LOVED these! They keep for a while and they make for a great snack as well!
