Spaghetti Squash

If you are like me, spaghetti squash wasn't something I was very familiar with. But, I had heard it was a great alternative to pasta so I thought I would give it a try! (Buy them as yellow as possible!)

I cut the spaghetti squash in half. (Which is A LOT harder than it looks!) Put the open halves face down in a 9x13 pan and added water until it covered the edges of the squash. I cooked it at 350 for about an hour. Pulled it out of the oven and let it cool a little. Then took a fork and scraped the insides and it created it own "noodles."

I added some marinara and veggies for a healthy spaghetti! Even Tyler liked it!
