I can't lie... I got this recipe from
another blogger. But, it never hurts to make it your own. So here is my version:
2 cans of shoepeg corn - drained
1 can of original Rotel - drained
1 package of Mexican blend cheese
8 oz of sour cream
1/2 a packet of taco seasoning
1/2 of a medium onion
Mix it all up and refridgate it for a while. Then enjoy with some tortilla chips!
P.S. If you were at our Christmas Party - then you ate this!
