Mexican Lasagna

This is a super simple and cheap recipe that is always a crowd pleaser!

1 lb ground beef
1 - 17 oz can of kernel corn, drained
1 c salsa
1 - 15 oz can of tomato sauce
1 envelope of taco seasoning
1 - 16 oz can of black beans, drained
2 - 3 flour tortillas
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese

Brown meat; add corn, tomato sauce, salsa, and taco seasoning. Simmer, stirring often for 5 minutes.

Line the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan with tortillas cut to size.
Top with 1/2 of the meat mixture. Layer with half the can of beans and half the cheese. Layer more tortillas, then meat mixture, then beans & cheese.

Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes of until cheese is melted.
